Responsibilities 

• Supervise development sampling on a daily basis
• Research and analyze fashion trend direction
• Understand the brand images & positioning of our different international customers
• Identify potential vendors and materials to meet current and future sourcing needs
• Deliver product presentations to customers

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines, preferably graduated in overseas design institutions
• Minimum 10 years' experience in fashion design & product development of all garments (woven, knit & sweater) for ladies' high fashion
• Strong fashion sense and market intelligence
• Sound fabrication knowledge and good materials (fabric & trims) sourcing networks
  
• Strong colour concepts
• Past experience in US & EU market is a MUST
  
• Good communication with overseas designers & buyers
• Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent written & spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
  
• Self-initiative, open-minded, responsible and well-organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  
• Occasional travel to China is required
