Job Duties

• Work closely together with business owner and a team of in-house designers and merchandisers to design and develop product lines for US and Japan markets.
• Conduct research and analysis on fashion market trend, colors, fabrication and accessories.
• Ensure all design standards and styles are in line with brand image and positioning
• Follow up whole process of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling, sketches, fitting session up to pre-production sample stage.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines
• Fashion Men’s wear brand and Retail brand product design experience
• At least 5 years solid experience in designing full collection of menswear for such as Woven, Knit, Sweater for menswear product categories and with hands on experience in Fashion graphic design and Tech pack is must.
• Good retail markets sense and able to develop marketable collections to suit customers' needs
• Good understanding and experience on materials, product construction and sample development process is highly preferable.
• Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, mature, stable, willing to work under pressure and creative
• With Small Design Team workflow management skill is highly preferred
• Good English and Chinese (written and oral) is a must
• Frequent travel to China is required
