Job Responsibilities:

• Support a wide range of voice products including PBX, VoIP, IVR, VM, Logger, SIP, IDA etc. valuation, deployment and maintenance
• Assist in leading project roll out and troubleshooting for all network connectivity
• Develop documentation manual and provide training to customer
• Manage company's IP Phone systems
• Ad-hoc emergency support during non-office hours is required

 Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' IT or telecommunication industry experience
• Holder of Cisco's CCNP/CCNA Voice or Avaya's certification is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Avaya IPO and Scopia
• Experience in PBX and Key-line System installation and troubleshooting
• Experience in Avaya Communication Manager (ACM), Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) or other IP phone network is highly preferable
• Good knowledge on routing (Policy-base routing, BGP or OSPF) is a must
• Advanced working expertise of cloud solution (AWS, Azure or Ali-cloud) is a plus
• Must be a team player, proactive, and committed to working in a quality environment across different time zones.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and detail-minded.
• Good interpersonal skills & work under pressure  
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
