Requirements: 入職要求

• Willing to work in Macau
  願意在澳門工作
• At least 10 year of experience in food and beverage industry (western kitchen) preferable
  10年以上餐飲業經驗優先考慮
• Good kitchen knowledge and experience in fine dining and fusion cuisine 
  良好高級餐廳廚房知識及創意料理經驗
• Creative in menu setting  
  具備對菜色有創新思維能力
•  Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety 
  良好餐廳食物衛生及廚房安全知識
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills 
  良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• A good team player with positive thinking 
  積極進取能帶動團隊合作精神

4 days off per month, housing allowance,10 days paid annual leave, paid sick leave, bereavement leave, target bonus, staff dining discounts, duty meals, tips etc.
