Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the desired business development and account servicing strategies are successfully accomplished by managing and directing the account service and procurement team in APAC.
• Build up great relations with partners and clients, regular review of account performance and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for maintaining the effective coordination with the sales, marketing, sourcing, operation and technology team across the world to support the client smoothly.
• Responsible for proposal generation and RFP participation for new business development.
• Responsible for the planning and executing of both short and long term revenue deriving strategies of the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and account service in CRM, marketing, IT,  business services, 4As
• University graduate in Business, Procurement or Purchasing Management, Logistics or equivalent
• Proven track record of growing business or handle partner relations in a B2B or eCommerce environment
• Experience of rewards in APAC and/or Middle East markets
• With global mindset. General knowledge of international business, high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Previous track record of handling good relationships with partners and clients
• Sensitive with numbers and profitability.
• Highly responsible individual and greatly motivated towards the work
• Excellent leadership and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Very well organized and serious in meeting deadline
• Detail-minded, good team player and interpersonal skills
• Mature, positive attitude and result-oriented
