Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HK RBC regime on Pillar 2 which encompasses qualitative aspects including enterprise risk management and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA);
- Support the implementation of new initiatives from Group, Local BU and for regulatory purposes;
- Perform financial risk assessment on new products and reinsurance arrangements;
- Manage risk reporting submission to Group Office;
- Manage the risk committees and escalation of key risks to management;
- Involve in risks projects to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks;
- Support the implementation of program to promote and sustain sound risk culture;
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet other requirements.
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 5-7 years relevant experience;
- Qualified Actuary strongly preferred;
- Strong problem-solving, effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as a team player;
- Experience in financial/insurance risk management is an advantage.
