Job Responsibilities:

• Manage product design and development cycle “from idea to product”.
• Overseeing OEM & ODM projects from concept, quotation to production
• Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.

Minimum Qualification (Education/Experience, Knowledge/Skill, Competency)

• Minimum 5 years experience in R&D management.
• Factory experience is a must
• Independent, Creative, and Capable to work under pressure
• Experience in handling overseas OEM clients
• Experience in injection tooling of plastic, stainless steel and electronic product development.
• Experience in working at kitchen ware factory is preferable
• Stationed in SZ.
