Job Description

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our full service in-house digital team in Hong Kong. The successfully candidate will serve to administrator clients' needs across he full range of digital specialisms from managing websites and social media platforms, analytics and content development.

You will join a team of passionate digital specialists, working on multiple accounts across all sectors for a diverse range of clients. We are looking for someone who possesses an analytical mind and a creative approach to digital communications with strong project management skills, close attention to detail and a high level of interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • A passion for all things digital - bringing your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external teams

  • Project management – collaborating with staff to ensure the timely delivery of work, accountable for the quality control of client work

  • Strategic thinking - the Account Coordinator will support strategic planning to provide direction for various brands

  • Assisting with new business proposals– research and conceptualization of innovative concepts

  • Content creation - managing the full lifecycle from brief, development to measurement

  • Social media channel management and/or being accustomed with CMS platforms - creating, managing and growing clients online presence

  • Actively participates in a wide variety of digital activities, bringing your rounded understanding of content led strategies

Requirements

Pre-Requisites (Absolute Musts)

  • A passion for all things digital with a desire to develop a digital career

  • A close eye for detail with flawless execution skills

  • Understanding of social media channel management

  • A team player with exceptional communication skills

  • 100% fluency in written/spoken Cantonese and English

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency or knowledge of digital analytic and listening tools            

Pre-Requisites (Preferred)

  • 1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands

  • Production coordination experience in application or site construction

  • Experience in website content management systems and/or managing social media channels

Qualifications 

  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency (advertising, media planning, CRM) or a PR agency with a digital team preferred
