Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting investor relations materials for results announcement, including powerpoint presentation, Q&A, press release, etc.
• Assist in drafting and preparation of annual/interim reports, including translation and proof-reading, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of regular internal industry and capital market reports.
• Update investor database and corporate website.
• Coordinate various IR activities, including regular investor meetings, conference calls, bankers’ conferences, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably with PRC exposure and work in the field of investor relations of listed company.
• Good communication and inter-personal skill, strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in spoken Putonghua is a must.
• Strong PC skills (including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing. 
• Detailed oriented, be able to work as team and independently, meet tight deadline and multi-task.
