Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and secure new parts and materials with respect to quality, time and cost.
• Lead negotiation with suppliers to ensure optimal value.
• Manage suppliers to ensure excellent performance and reliability.
• Conduct in depth analysis to determine optimal purchasing strategy.
• Streamline purchase procedure and related flow;
• Initiating and supporting buyers with negotiation with suppliers regarding costs, lead-times and payment terms, etc.
• Liaise with other cross functional department.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business studies, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.

• Good time management;
• High level of analysis skills and organizational competencies.
• Good attitude, honest with high standard of ethic and high responsibility.
• At least 5 year experience in sourcing and purchasing field are preferable.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, good coordination skills
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Past Experience stationing in China will be advantages.
