Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors/suppliers to follow through the entire merchandising process, from negotiating prices, issuing orders, expediting order confirmation, pricing and monitoring sales performance
• Closely work with sourcing team to develop strategic category plan to cope with company strategies/target, market sales trends in Hong Kong  
• Monitor and analyze sales performance so as to prepare replenishment and allocation plan to maintain optimal stock level
• Develop selling/promotion plan for new stock and monitor the performance
• Compile regular reports and analyses for reviewing the effectiveness of the product, pricing strategies and for management review

 Requirements:

• Minimum5 years relevant experience or above in retail industry, preferably familiar with household  / stationery / food / sundries products
• With experience in inventory/stock level planning for Hong Kong market is preferred
• Acute market sense with strong analytical mind
• Good negotiation and communication skills; 
• Responsible, initiative, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Outdoor duty and overseas travel is required
• Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
