To provide professional counseling to residents in estates and properties

To make timely referrals to community service centers or related organizations for early treatment and to closely liaise with NGOs for follow up to prevent from further deterioration

‧

To give professional advice to colleagues in handling problem cases

‧

To partner with estates colleagues to conduct Home Visits to tenants when necessary

‧

To organize and implement programmes, functions and activities in line with Division’s objectives and promote the image and business of Housing Society

‧

Degree holder in Social Science / Social Work Studies / Counseling

‧

5 years post qualification working experience in recognized welfare organization; elderly service or mental health services preferable

‧

Solid experience in organizing activities

‧

Good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in elderly / mental health services

‧

Good understanding of public affairs and community relations matters, sensitivity to external political, social and economic environment

‧

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

‧

Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua

‧

Good PC knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint
