Responsibilities

• Identify order requirements and follow up on customer service requests
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints at hotline call center
• Verify and update order details to customer in a timely manner
• Order entry in system
• Explain service scope, guidelines and procedure to customers
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure order is picked timely and accurately
• Coordinate with transportation team for delivery arrangement
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements 

• Secondary education or up
• With working experience in hotline call center
• With working experience of order processing is preferred
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Multi Tasking & can work under pressure
• Proficient in computer knowledge of MS office
