Responsibilities:

•          Prepare the sales and post-delivery documentations within specific time frame.
•          Process customer orders and arranges deliveries with third party logistics service               provider.
•          Follow up all customer enquiries and request up to good quality standard.
•          Provide accurate information to the production plants of HK and China & liaises               with the plants to ensure production efficiency and stock availability.
•          Provide consolidated report for month end closing.
•          Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements:

•          Higher Diploma or above.
•          Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Services.
•          Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner, attentive to details.
•          Proactive, eager to learn, pleasant personality.
•          Familiar with SAP system is an advantage.
•          Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
•          Proficient in Microsoft Office.
