Responsibilities

Reporting to Director of Purchasing, you will be responsible for procurement and related supply chain activities for selected category of goods, both food and non-food, and for logistics arrangement for HK & Macau outlets. You are also required to liaise with external suppliers, monitor cost, inventory control, and provide massive analytical support to management.


Requirements

• University graduate  in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 10 years and above solid experience in F&B industry, preferably in QSR food chain procurement/ supply chain, and with minimum 5 years in supervisory role
• Meticulous, cautious in numbers, analytical and organized
• Possess good cost control and good qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
• Mature with strong supervisory and coaching skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• The candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager
