Responsibilities :

• Handle and follow up customer inquiries and shipment booking
• Collaborate closely with operations to deliver quality services
• Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of outbound air shipments
• Input data in operating system timely and accurately

• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work proactively, independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
