Job Responsibilities

• Interior design for F&B shop, detail drawing for contractor work;
• Coordinate with landlord, construction, external vendors and internal departments on new site survey, design and construction proposal;
• To liaison with the Landlord and contractor for routine R&M works and maintenance works;
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and quotations

Job Requirements

• Over 2 years’ solid working experience in Food Service Industry, Retail industry or related disciplines;
• Mature, self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated with good communication skills;
• Good knowledge of PC with MS Office application including Autocad & Sketchup is a MUST;
• Has passion in promoting green living;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Interior Designer / Assistant Project Executive
