Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial reporting in line with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SOX;
• Perform M&A due diligence, special investigation and Pre-audit / Pre-IPO consultancy;
• Comply with legal requirements and enforce internal control for both private and listed companies located in HK, PRC and US;
• Provide complicated accounting treatment consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in audit required;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and requisite hours to sit for the CPA exam;
• Desire to work in financial reporting, internal controls over financial reporting;
• Excellent written and oral communications skills; team orientation and strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability and willingness to travel;
• Some working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting procedures and COSO model preferable
