工作職責：

• 處理一般會計工作，包括開票、定期核對帳目與銀行存取款項
• 按時處理會計交易帳目，包括記帳及結帳（如：透過系統處理應收、應付帳目及現金流等）
• 處理由管理層安排的工作
• 需往銀行處埋公司帳項
• 懂會計軟件(Dynamic)更佳

職位要求:

• 3年以上會計助理經驗
• 持LCCI中級會計證書，會計文憑學歴
• 高度責任感，工作主動積極勤奮，誠信
• 具團隊精神，具抗壓力，性格開朗
• 中英文良好，電腦操作熟練及懂中文輸入法
• 能即時上班者優先

Account Assistant

Responsibility

l   Perform general accounting functions, such as credit control, voucher inputs, daily accounting entries, cheque issuance, inventory checking and bank deposits and withdrawal.

l   Bookkeep financial record and accounts settlement (e.g. accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow, etc)

l   Knowledge account system (Dynamic) is preferred

Requirements

l   3 years above account work experience

l   Diploma or above with LCCI Level 2 or equivalent

l   Proactive , independent , committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines

l   Good command of Chinese and English, proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

l   Immediate available is preferred
