Job Duties: 

• To provide technical support to the Company’s computer hardware, response to users hardware and software problem and enquiry;

• To monitor networking / telecommunication facilities; PC LAN, WAN, remote connection;

• To co-ordinate with external hardware and software vendors to support telecommunication, computer servers and PC hardware/software problem and maintenance;

• To carry out and monitor the daily backup for all data and system successfully in order to ensure the Company’s data sufficient protection for the disaster recovery.

• To manage and control software license and IT hardware inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies, Software Engineering or related subjects;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in technical support on related computer systems;
• Good in PC LAN, WAN, PC software experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English
