This is a perfect role for someone who has recruitment agency experience and looking to enter 'in-house', or someone who is already in talent acquisition and looking to expand their geographical scope internationally.
Let’s Get Down To Business
You will focus on sourcing and screening high quality candidates across EMEA and APAC as part of the Talent Acquisition team. Using direct attraction, you will identify active and passive candidates to be shortlisted for our roles.
Your sourcing expertise will help translate role briefings into effective advertising and Boolean search strings which you will then screen and telephone interview to match their skills, motivational fit, values and culture fit to Edgewell roles.
Your will be our candidate champion, having a real passion for ensuring every candidate gets a fantastic experience. You will naturally be organized and structured, and be comfortable managing multiple simultaneous roles to tight deadlines. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure you give each assignment the appropriate focus, and continue to meet the TA team KPIs, and quality measures.

- Recruitment Advertising
- Candidate Screening and Assessment
- Interview Coordination
- Candidate Care
- Administrative Support to TA Team
Show Us What You’ve Got
In this role, as you are supporting across multiple time zones, working hours will need to reflect candidate availability, so a degree of flexibility will be essential. Also it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following:
- University degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
- 1 year of experience of direct sourcing in an in-house or recruitment agency/RPO environment
- CV Screening and telephone interviewing expertise
- Understanding of direct attraction methodologies and tools
- Ability to sell our role and organization, especially to passive candidates
- Business fluent in English, and Chinese is essential; other Asian/European languages is a plus
- Able to maintain accurate hiring data, and proven data analytical skills
- Demonstrable cultural sensitivity, in order to work with candidates in multiple countries
- Trained in competency based interviewing and/or licensed to use on-line ability testing and psychometric assessment tools is a plus
- Flexibility, ability to collaborate and excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role
- Experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred
