Job duties:

• To assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager to supervise & manage site progress
• To co-ordinate and communicate with client’s representatives and subcontractors
• To assist the PM in preparing as-built drawings & working drawings
• To monitor materials ordering and logistics to meet the project schedule
• To maintain project quality and time control on site work

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years project coordination and site experience in residential and retail fitting-out projects
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Well organized and willing to work overtime
• Fluency in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
