Responsibilities

•  Assist for daily facilities management of logistics warehouse and office, assist to manage technical teams to handle all repair and maintenance works and daily operation
• Take-over a new logistics warehouse and assist to develop facility maintenance planning, testing & commissioning of system and work out defects record list
• Verify decoration drawings and supervise installation safety, quality and progress
• Set up and implement maintenance quality management, planned preventive maintenance programs and maintenance standard for various building equipment and facilities
• Prepare specifications and tender-documents for repair, maintenance and renovation works and tendering management, monitor the performance of various contractors
• Inspect and rectify facilities regularly in order to reduce potential risks
• Organize training to keep up all co-worker’s technical skill and knowledge of the industry and safety
• Arrange and attend to emergency breakdown of equipment

 Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical
• 3 year’s relevant working experience. Knowledge of property or facility management intelligent building system is an advantage
• Holder of Registration of Electrical worker in Grade B or above is preferable
• Good knowledge in all technical aspects of engineering/maintenance (i.e. E&M and Builder’s work)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Power Project, Excel, AutoCAD and Word
• Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese and English, fair of Putonghua
