Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, organize, and deliver infrastructure solutions to meet both IT internal and Business requirement in the areas of Server, Network, Security, SAN, PABX, VoIP, VC, Wi-Fi services.
• Devise procedures and processes for monitoring and logging of network security events for analytic process and investigation.
• Provide technical support to Infrastructure technology operations and handle with incident management process to ensure maximum network and web services availability.
• Carry out daily support services including system health check, monitor & maintenance.
• Plan and implement technology refreshment/upgrade to ensure healthiness of equipment to sustain business continuity.
• Identify root causes of the production network infrastructure problems and provides resolutions to the problems.
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
• Documentation on technical manual and knowledge for lesson learnt.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure support
• Holder of MCP, MCSE, CCNA and/or ITIL is an advantage
• Sound knowledge on Windows Server, AD, Linux (RHEL and CentOS), Email, Firewall and IDS/IPS systems
• Hands on knowledge in setup and configuration of Network, Server, VMware, SAN, PABX, VoIP and VC
• Experienced in deploying and supporting O365 solutions
• Experienced in setup and maintaining database server (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge in change control and release management
• Exposure to vendor environment preferred.
