• Has a Minimum of 3-year post-graduate working experience, less experience may be considered as Web Application Developer
• Loves jQuery, Ajax, Javascript, CSS, js
• Familiar with JS ecosystem including Nodejs, Reactjs, React native.
• Knowledge & hand-ons experience in W3C Level 2 requirements will be an advantage
• Writes efficient queries and optimize database-intensive application 
• Has built scalable, database intensive web application
• Knows Git and Amazon Web Service is a plus
• Codes server-side applications before
• Loves making your time coding more productive and expressive
• Thinks before you code
• Believes web programming is a fantastic career
• Knows programming can be elegant and beautiful
• Willing to brainstorm and contribute to our A-Team
• Wants to learn, push themselves, and make the Four Directions a better team
• Loves coding to a point that you would try to find a job where you could code all the time
• Thinks multi-tasking and team collaboration are the best thing in your life
• Proficiency to communicate in Cantonese and English
