Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise an in-house IT Team to provide IT services as well as maintain the existing infrastructure, networks, and security & operation systems;
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing company-wide compliance with established information security policies and procedures;
• Prepare all necessary documentation for regional IT security audit;
• Work with service vendors to make sure vendor deployments and deliverables that meet the quality standard required;
• Conduct related trainings to colleagues; and
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years solid experience in which include 3 years at the supervisory level;
• Practical experience and hands-on knowledge in information security control is preferable;
• Possession of PMP/PRINCE2 certifications will be an advantage but not a must;
• Customer-oriented with good business sense;
• Smart, optimistic, solution-driven and can-do attitude;
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and overtime; and
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
