An international logistics group company is looking for Risk Management Trainee who will be offered an 18-month on-the-job training program in the Risk Management Department in Hong Kong Head Office. After training program, the incumbent will be given an opportunity to work in Risk Management Department or in-house insurance brokers unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service
• Communicate with insurance brokers and other internal business units
• Handle group insurance documents e.g. policies, endorsements, invoices and payment etc.
• Handle documentation in general insurance claims
• Participate in internal investigation of incidents
• Assist in ad-hoc risk management projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, IIQE qualified or Hong Kong Diploma in Insurance Studies of the Insurance Institute of Hong Kong or candidates currently sitting for ACII examination
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good at statistical analysis
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Willingness to develop career in general insurance or operational risk management
• Good communication skills, proactive and able to work under pressure
