Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager Operations to drive improvement program and support the daily operations activities for Production and Logistics functions
• Responsible for workflow design and implementing workflow change, set up procedural documents and systems operation manuals, to enhance the overall operational efficiency
• Facilitate to smoothen operation process by coordinating with various parties including IT, Engineering, Quality Team and external vendors.
• Drive for continuous improvement of efficiency, cost control and customer satisfaction by implementing lean principle and 6-sigma practice.
• To perform ad-hoc assignments or projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Operation Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience. Experience in laundry service, logistics or manufacturing will be an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Proven problem solver with can-do and self-motivated attitude at all time
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Excellence Manager
