Job Description
Required Skills:
- Interest in Event Management is required
- Diploma in tourism or hospitality management is preferred
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-organised, independent, self-motivated and customer-orientated
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to work within a team environment and be able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal writing
- Program coordination
- Assisting Program Managers execute programs
- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers
- Client management
- Coordinate on-site services and resources to deliver client and company expectations
- Office administration
