Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Interest in Event Management is required
  • Diploma in tourism or hospitality management is preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-organised, independent, self-motivated and customer-orientated 
  • Demonstrated initiative, ability to work within a team environment and be able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal writing
  • Program coordination
  • Assisting Program Managers execute programs
  • Sourcing and liaising with suppliers
  • Client management
  • Coordinate on-site services and resources to deliver client and company expectations
  • Office administration
