岗位职责：
1、 根据集团发展战略，负责制定、完善供应链体系流程优化管理，提升运作效率并降低成本，具备资源规划和整合的能力；

2、 全面统筹集团供应链管理与采购工作，制定集团采购策略及风险预防计划并监督实施，提升采购效率；
Comprehensive plan as a whole group of supply chain management and purchasing work, build up the strategy of group procurement and control risk and supervise the implementation,Improving the procurement rate
3、 有效控制采购运营成本，制定落实成本控制计划和目标 ；
Effective control procurement costs, build up and perform cost control plan and target.
4、 规划供应链团队，管理与培训指导供应链团队成员，提升团队成员的操作与工作技能。
Programme the supply chain team, manage and arrange professional training the team member, to improve the professional skill, and develop the responsibility sense.
5、优化并实施内部工作过程管理及员工考核；
Optimize internal working management and perform evaluation of employees.

任职要求：
1、 管理类、物流类、供应链类相关专业本科学历及以上；
Major in business administration or logistics, supply chain or relative majors, university graduated or above.
2、 英语读说写流利，8年以上塑胶模具及塑胶产品供应链领域管理工作经验；
Fluent English skills, 8 years above of leadership experience in plastic mould and plastic products supply chain field are required.
3、 熟悉供应链操作环节，如供应商开发管理，采购管理有实操经验并有较深刻的理解，熟悉相关质量体系如ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949/ISO13485等；
Have good understanding of Supply Chain, such as supplier development and management,
have a practical experience of procurement management and a deep understanding;
have good understanding of quality system (ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949/ISO13485 etc.)
4、 优秀的分析、沟通、协调、谈判及领导能力；
Excellent abilities of analysis, communication, coordination, negotiate and leadership
5、 具备高度的责任心及职业素养，可以承受高强度的工作压力；
A strong sense of responsibility and professional quality, can work under great pressure.
