• Degree holder in Real Estate/Surveying, member of HKIS/RICS would be an advantage
• 3 years’ of relevant experience in valuation/estate market research in HK and/or PRC
• Capable of exploring potential investment opportunities, including government tender sites, and prepare reports to management
• Experience in conducting property appraisal, feasibility studies, valuation and financial analysis on potential acquisition projects
• Participation in market research, including governmental data collection/analysis and intelligence search
• Liaison with agents, government departments and all relevant parties necessary to carry out duties
• Well-organized with good communication/interpersonal skills
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• More experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
