Duties

• Responsible for preparing press release, newsletter, communication materials, and other publicity materials, including copy writing
• Support the organization of promotion activities, public relation functions and corporate events to maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain and update the marketing database, company website and other communication channels
• Manage and maintain the contracts or agreements
• Responsible for all kinds of marketing supports and administrative works
• Support the arrangements of customer visits

 Requirements

• Degree holder with 1 year's relevant experience; or Diploma holder with 3 years' relevant experience
• Good command & written of English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and be able to work under pressure
• Strong sense of commitment to task and time
• Ability to work independently with strong sense of ownership
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
