Job Details

• Develop business plan and strategy to achieve sales targets and company objectives
• Provide necessary support to members and assist to set an achievable goal
• Motivate members to drive their business by introducing company mission and vision, products and business opportunities.
• Work closely with the regional team to drive the effectiveness of Online Shop Campaign and smartphone App,
• Build relationships with members for sales opportunities at different levels
• Conduct and facilitate an important distributor trainings and events
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements  

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience, preferably in the customer services or sales field
• Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
• A proactive team player and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered
