This position is responsible for the management of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.  The position works closely across departments and external agencies on the development of marketing campaigns that contribute to the achievement of strategic brand marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant parties to deliver the product launch, support campaigns and conduct post-launch reviews
• Monitor sales performance on regular basis, conduct reviews and deliver regular reports with solid analysis and actions to expand sales and improve profitability
• Assist the implementation of marketing programs including media, VM, promotion, campaign-related CRM based on campaign strategies
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and execution
• Social media content planning and online community management

Requirements:

• University level education or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in skincare-related product sector
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Initiative, passionate, creative, responsible, result-orientated and good teamwork
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
