Job Duties:

• Assist the Medical Centre Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of the medical centre;
• Supervise clinic staff to deliver professional service to specialists and patients;
• Motivate and train staff to meet clients’ reasonable expectation;
• Handle complaints, identify root causes & execute improvement plan; and
• Take on other assignments as required

Requirements & Attributes:

• An RN or any bachelor’s degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience gained from management of clinic operations;
• Mature problem solver with good people management skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Must be computer literate; and
• Flexible and willing to work overtime
