Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least an Associate Degree;
• Familiar with Incoterms Rules and Shipping Practice an advantageous;
• Excellent in written and communication skills (Fluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
• Immediate Available is highly preferred;

Duties as follows:

• Conduct and co-ordinate exhibitions and promotional activities
• Prepare promotional material, including writing product introduction in both Chinese and English
• Manage clients and continue to establish good relationship
• Independently handling full set of import/export shipping document including shipment booking;
• Strong liaison skills to coordinate with factory, customers and freight forwarder/trucker to ensure smooth shipping arrangement are in order, and on timely delivery schedule;
• Preparing Customs Declaration of various countries and performing other duties as assigned;
• Initiative, well-organized with strong sense of commitment and responsibility
