Job Duties :

• Management on grade A commercial buildings
• Administer tenancy agreements
• Efficiency to solve tenants problems
• Liaise well with parties on cleaning and maintenance

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Property Management 
• 2 years relevant experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Putonghua is an advantage
• Cheerful customer service attitude
