Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of residential portfolios
• Build up and maintain good tenant relationship
• Liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in property management of a mixed portfolios at supervisory level
• Good team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client relationship management and strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to take initiative and able to work independently
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
