Major Responsibilities:

• Acquire business from new customers
• Contact potential customers for conversion and penetration
• Utilize customer database to make sales and build good relationships with customers
• Deal with customer enquiries about shipping issues and provide shipment resolution

Basic Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Operations or Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years work experience gained in freight forwarding/logistics industry
• Independent and result-oriented
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

The incumbent will receive a series of trainings to become qualified as Account Manager in due course
