Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all logistics and shipment with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material – Reports, proposals, presentations and quotations

Requirements

• HK DSE / F5 or equivalent
• experience as a sales coordinator or in other customer service positions will be considered a plus;
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Able to speak Mandarin and English
• Immediate available is preferred
