Responsibilities:

• Report to Assistant Operations Manager, monitor 8-10 stores and support on retail sales & P/L of the business
• Oversee and supervise the store daily operations
• Motivate and lead frontline store team to achieve sales target
• Manage inventory and stock level; work closely with Merchandising, Logistic and Marketing department on stock replenishment, allocation and sales promotion
• Assist in recruitment process, coach and provide on the job training for new staff
• Manage the sales teams in maintaining high standards of presentation and providing excellent customer service
• On shift schedule

Requirements:

• Energetic, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in retail operation, preferably in footwear & sport industry
• Excellent business sense and analytical ability
• A team player with effective communication and presentation skills
