Reporting to the IT Manager,  the Senior FICO Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Design and realize solutions in SAP FICO and in compliance with Business requirement
• Execute projects or tasks professionally in accordance with project plan and company’s methodologies
• Responsible for business analysis, evaluation on user's requirements, documentation (requirement definition reports, operational procedures and policies) and meeting with Key Business stakeholders regularly to review change requests
• Strong business sense, excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Motivate functional teams for SAP implementation, upgrades and optimization across the company

Requirements 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related disciplines
• 5 years or above working experience with 4 years of SAP consultant experience
• Strong technical knowledge in SAP ERP - FICO or SD / MM or ISU-CCS modules; preferably with SAP certification in related areas
• Proficient in ABAP programming
• Experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, jQuery and .Net Platform is a Big plus but not required
• Able to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese; Ability to communicate in Putonghua is preferred
