Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services in order follow up until order completed and build good relationship with customers
• Be independent to handle order processing from entry to completion with minimal supervision
• Respond to customers’ queries on production schedule, shipping and documentations, etc.
• Make order entry and monitor order status to point of payment
• Update customers on order status, handle customer complaints, dispatch product samples, conduct timely follow-up, and process credit notes
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers on the sales order/follow-up where appropriate
• Perform applications of new accounts and amendments
• Verify agent commissions and reconcile rebate calculations
• Generate various BOA and sales-related reports to assist Sales Managers to perform in-depth analysis when needed
• Input budget and forecast data via Lotus Notes if applicable
• Housekeep all files, e.g., complaints, orders, and customer database
• Maintain up-to-date records of technical data sheets and mill certificates, etc. if needed
• Take up any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Sales Managers, Sales Administration Manager and Supervisor
• Rotate to different sales teams within Department to learn new skills and to meet back up purpose

 Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business is preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in sales administration or customer service
• Experience in SAP is highly preferred
• Good understanding of Incoterms, banking, I/E, shipping & insurance
• Detailed-oriented and well organized
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
• Fluency in English is a must
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Proficiency in excel, word and outlook
