Position Summary – Able to handle full set of air export document, billing invoice and operation; consolidation, support sales team and communication with overseas customers.

Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectation

• Follow handling procedures established by the management

• Complete the house and master air waybills and any other shipping documents according to Shipper’s Letter of Instruction and any other instructions on the SOP.

• Verify the correctness of document provided by customer service and sales team.

• Send pre-alert notice to overseas and origin customer

• Perform “GIGA” issue HAWB and process declaration under “TRADELINK”

Job specifications for successful performance

• Form 5 or above with 2-3 years working experience in logistics industry

• Good knowledge of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Preferable certificate holder in basic air cargo course

• Good at calculation, data entry and typing

• Reliable, Organized, Hardworking, Honest and Team-player
