Responsibilities:

• Execute the whole PAKT process including folding, inspection and photography of clothes, handbags and accessories.
• Interact with customers on and off site to provide excellent customer experience.
• Control inventory using warehouse management system, handheld scanner and web applications.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above in any discipline.  Minimum 1 year working experience (Supervisor 3 years).  Pleasant personality. responsible, detail-minded and open to using tech to improve processes.
• Proficiency in English and good Mandarin preferred.
• Knowledge/Experience in clothing, hospitality services an advantage.
• Reasonable proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Excel, photo editing, typing.
