Project Administrator

• Support in various internal operation processes of the Company
• Departmental support to Engineering Projects
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation materials for meetings and conferences

Project Finance

• Ensuring that project expenditures are adequately tracked according to the agreed project budgets;
• Keeping relevant project staff informed of incoming and outgoing project funds;
• Coding invoices and other project expenditure;
• Project other support, as requested to Project Finance and project staff in financial management of the project;
• Preparing in a timely manner accurate financial reports for internal monitoring processes

Job Requirements

• F7 or above
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience in sizable and multinational companies
• Previous working experience in an engineering consultant firm would be advantageous
• Strong in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Presentable, helpful, initiative and detail-minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work overtime
• Lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Project Administrator
