You could able to:

Oversees and organizes daily operations of office

Assists with day-to day needs of HK and visiting Payoneer employees and guests
-
Serves as go-to-person regarding any administrative and operational related functions
-
Work with HR to ensure proper event coordination, onboarding, or other internal processes as needed
-
Acts as receptionist and greeter during office hours
-
Assist with booking of flights and hotel reservation for outside visitors and ensure all travel needs are met (including weekend coverage); maintains and provides support for on-site meetings

Assists with contracts as needed

Acts as purchaser for Hong Kong office, manage relationship with vendors outside of the office
-
Prepares and coordinates all mail and shipping needs, certify of mails as needed and notify employees of packages arrival.

Petty cash reconciliation
-
Coordinates shipments with vendor and maintain positive relationship with building management; cleaning services teams etc.

Member of the Social Club creates and executes fun monthly activities for HK teams, e.g. coordinates office events such as birthdays, employee celebration, general office events, Coordinates Friday lunches- including finding catering, preparing office, and preparing announcements etc.

Manages office supplies, stationary, pantry orders, takes inventory of supplies, replenish and restock when necessary.
- Acts as a support for employees
Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?

3+ years working experience in general office administration

Proactive and Service oriented individual who is able for multi-task a variety of administrative tasks

High-energy; someone who can ‘own’ the room and be assertive
