Job Description: 

• Provide administrative support to the office, including but not limited to: greeting visitors, handling mails and couriers, procurement for pantry supplies and stationery stock, office repair and maintenance, etc.
• Maintain office tidiness including meeting rooms, open areas and pantry
• Assist in handling invoices and reimbursement to ensure they are complying to company policy
• Arrange travel and accommodations for staff or guests
• Assist in visa application for staff travelling overseas or entering Hong Kong
• Arrange new work unit for new joiner 
• Assist in scheduling meetings and interviews
• Update and manage the company database, including data-entry and filing
• To perform some outdoor work (cheque bank-in and posting in needs)
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Cert/Diploma holder or above in related disciplines preferable
• Min. 2 years relevant experience preferable gained from MNC environment
• Excellent English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong MS Office, Outlook and Chinese word processing skills
• Detailed-oriented, well organized, a good team player & able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues
• Immediately available is highly preferred
