• Perform day-to-day Office Administration supports to various functions and operations, i.e. filing, traveling supports, assist in organizing company meetings, events, conferences and staff activities.
• Assisting and supporting other departments in both HK and China
• Handle L/C application and communicate and coordinate with L/C issuing bank
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Manage the documents from different departments.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized with good communication skills.

Requirements

• University in Business/Administrative or other equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in LC and import/export is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to learn and take up Challenges
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• At least 1 year of solid working experience preferred.
• Immediate available is preferred
