Responsibilities:

• Provide employee life cycle services, including but not limited to recruitment, employee on boarding and off boarding, performance management and handling staff issues
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
• Skillful in dealing colleagues at all levels and liaise with relevant parties internally and externally for striving excellence
• Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the IT industry is preferable
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and MPF Schemes Ordinance
• Proficient in computing applications
• Self-motivated, outgoing, independent and well-organized
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferrable
